Well, the ol' Bad Boy of the NBA himself, Dennis Rodman came into Virgin last night to do some shopping (and buying a bunch of Pearl Jam nonetheless). No really, he did.... really. What you don't believe me??? OK, well fine, here is a picture of me ringing him up that my co-worker snuck in:
We've also had Mark Mcgrath (sp?) of Sugar Ray and one of the dudes from Weezer in the store in the last week, but I didn't recognize them. Anyways, that was the excitement of last night. |

I felt like a dumbass not too long ago... I was at a bar on a Monday night, so it was pretty slow with hardly any people there. I was craving a cigarette, so asked the couple next to me if they had one. I was kinda thrown a weird look by them, and the bar tender who's an acquaintance. They left shortly after... and I was then informed that the guy was Scott Skiles... the Chicago Bulls head coach... and I asked him for a smoke....
(However, ironically, the second guy who I asked was a rep for Camel and gave me a whole pack!) |

I went to Big Nate's BBQ for lunch today. It's a little hole in the wall by where I work that has great food. The guy who owns it is Nate Thurmond, an NBA Hall-of-Famer. Guess who took my order...Big Nate himself. It was weird. He gave me shit for using a credit card. |
