Hey mr. Pezzshow. Once again great music as always. However I've found someone who makes a good competition. Not that he has the same musical talent as you. He just brings his act together well in a similar sound.

I present Paul the piano man Marturano.

I'm curious to see a new piece slated specifically to out play his whole band, or even a remake of one of his better than the original.

Isn't this the Paula Abdul stalker guy from American Idol?
BenPezzner Posted - 01/18/2008 : 01:42:16 AM
Well I took a listen and thought it was alright. I probably won't buy his stuff, but if he were playing in a bar I was in I'd probably stick around and listen for awhile.

No need for comparisons though... I think every musician is good at different things. Plus everyone has different taste and a different set of ears so it doesn't make sense to argue over who's better.

Thanks for the nice comments though!

Ben

I'm just busting you anyway, peewee. I have no hard feelings.

This guy is technically competent obviously. It's just that his music has the personality of a piece of cardboard. The guy has listened to way too much Billy Joel and hasn't read nearly enough poetry.

. . .i didn't accuse you of being a troll this time.

yeah he's not bad, but when set next to someone like ben, he doesn't seem as good.

I found him good. He's talented, and the music is nice. However, I think Ben has much more talent and feeling. But this guy is not bad, just not up to par with Ben.

Read some of the other recent posts around here and I really appreciated this response.

Especially when people trolling in my thread accused me of being a troll.

It was a fair and balanced response. AHAHA

let's be fair. maybe peewee is actually trying to make some civilized conversation and not trolling a message board on the interwebs. people do grow up, after all.

but yeah, i'm not particularly impressed, either.

We were much better off when you were AWOL.

This guy's music is pretty contrived and completely unoriginal. I am sure he's a nice guy, but I think anyone here with agree that this guy's music is very boring.

Ben is a multi-instrumentalist with highly creative and original ideas, not corny, poorly-developed love songs. Don't compare the 2 for Ben's sake.
