| Well, I'm in the middle of the fifth book of Stephen King's Dark Tower series, and I was wondering if anyone here on the board had read the Dark Tower books? Or is a fan of Stephen King in general? If no to reading the books, I'd definitely suggest them. They are some of the best books I've ever read. |

| I once saw them in a library, and was interested, but never followed up on it. If you recommend them, I may give it a shot. It's kind of a LOTR type book right? |

Yeah, I wouldn't compare it to LOTR in anyway, except to say the size of it is pretty huge. The scope of the story reaches out into most of Stephen King's work. You could read a Stephen King book and be involved in a crucial aspect of the Dark Tower and not even know it.
Have you read them Dan? If not, I would suggest them. |

Most definitely.
You'll see some parallels to LoTR, but what fantasy book doesn't have them? |
