Hopefully there are other L&O Fans here. I was really sad to hear this, especially because he was working on a new series of L&O: Trial By Jury. SVU is still the best, but he was a staple of the franchise.
And while on the subject, USA is showing SVU all of New Year's Eve, day long marathon. |

| SVU is my favourite, but Jerry was awsome as Briscoe. When the cast included Orbach (Briscoe), Noth (...um), and Waterson (McCoy), that was my fave. Its too bad Jerry wont be around to finnish L&O: Death By Stereo or whatever the new show was called. |
